Shipping & Delivery

Basket orders will be delivered within a 24-hour period from the time of confirmation, unless a future delivery date is arranged. Any order placed on-line over weekends or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

During high volume times (i.e. holidays), most orders will be processed and completed within a 3-5 day period. Please email or call us with any concerns regarding your holiday orders.

Deliveries: All deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Due to rising fuel costs, we have had to discontinue our free delivery policy. After January 1, 2007, all new customers will be charged a delivery charge of not less than $7.00. Local delivery fees for other locations vary and are available upon request.
Re-delivery attempts or re-routed deliveries to corrected addresses: When no one is available to receive packages, a second delivery attempt will be made. You will be charged an additional $8.00 fee. In addition, you will also be charged if the second delivery attempt is due to an incorrect address given by you.

For corporate orders where gifts are being delivered to multiple recipients (i.e. holiday gifts) the applicable delivery fee will be charged for each gift shipped.

Our Preferred carrier for the contiguous United States is UPS Ground. Most packages will arrive at their destination in 2-5 business days.

Costs above apply to domestic UPS Ground services, per basket/box/tote, per location.

2nd Day Air will be charged an additional $18.00 or more, depending on service choice and destination. Our orders are shipped regular ground service unless otherwise requested. Penalty fees for incorrect addresses or for address correction will be charged at a rate of $9.95 per incident. During hot months (typically late April through September), 2nd Day Air is required for all perishable shipments outside the Next Day Ground service area. Cold packs will be added at no additional charge to help insure delivery in good condition.

For corporate orders where gifts are being sent to multiple recipients (i.e. holiday gifts) the applicable shipping fee will be charged for each gift shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee transit times with any carriers, especially during peak Holiday Seasons. A good rule of thumb is to plan in advance!

Returns & Cancellations
We take great care in packaging our baskets; therefore any damaged shipments must be reported to us immediately. Be sure to keep all packaging as carrier could request it. We will make every effort to replace any damaged items and ensure your satisfaction, so long as the damage is reported to us within 3 days of your receipt of goods. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Baskets are not returnable, unless we give specific authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. All other merchandise, i.e. promotional items, must be returned in the original carton and in good condition. No credit can be issued until we receive the returned merchandise, it is evaluated and considered to be in good, resalable condition. We pride ourselves on fast service and shipping, therefore any cancellations must be made within 8 hours of order confirmation. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all cancellations if your order has already been designed and prepped for shipping. If your gift has already been shipped, there will be a 50% restocking fee applied to any items authorized for return. We are not responsible for any order changes due to typographical or other errors on the part of the customer. If we are in error, we will correct the error promptly by either refunding your money or sending another (corrected) order.
